Termites !! Termites !! Termites!!! That's all I saw all day. They must be taking over the country. There was severe termite damage in the floors and roof in a house in Newtown, termites in the floors in Glebe and termites in the floors in Chatswood. I also forgot to mention - two out of the three houses also had rising damp !! When do I get a nice house to inspect?
